The user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection to all items sold or distributed by https://good-goods-online.com. User is required to read all instruction manuals and follow the manufacturer’s guidelines. https://good-goods-online.com WILL NOT accept any responsibility for injury, crashes, damages, loss of accessories, parts and materials that occurs during the use of any products. Great care shall be taken when using products. If you have questions or concerns, contact us through our Online Support Dept or call our support lines.

Defected Item:

Please contact the Customer Service Department at the numbers listed above or at: Use our Online Support Dept to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return the defective item for a replacement. https://good-goods-online.com WILL REFUSE shipments that are returned back to us without an RMA #. In addtion, https://good-goods-online.com also reserves the rights to return the defected merchandise back to the customer at customer’s shipping expense if our EXPERT TECHNICIANS deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form. https://good-goods-online.com WILL NOT exchange defected items for another different items or models.

Lithium Polymer (LiPo) Battery Disclaimer & Warnings

By purchasing and using lipo batteries purchased from https://good-goods-online.com, the buyer and user assumes all risks associated with using the product. You must read the safety instructions and warnings before charging/discharging your lipo batteries. Manufacturers, distributors and retailers assume no liability for failure to comply with the warnings and safety guideline when using lipo battery. Before operating lipo battery, please read and comply to ALL Lithium Polymer (LiPo) Battery Warnings.

Return & Exchange

https://good-goods-online.com will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from https://good-goods-online.com.com within 30 days of receiving the items. We are subject to only one exchange per item purchased. Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping merchandise back to us. We refuse shipments that are returned back to us without RMA #s. All returns (NO EXCEPTIONS) must be accompanied by an RMA number. To obtain an RMA number, please use our Online Support Dept. Finally, customers must agree to the following in order to ship merchandise back to us:
1) Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
2) We recommend that you use a tracking number.
3) We are NOT responsible for lost packages.
4) We do NOT reimburse return shipping costs or refund shipping costs.
5) The merchandise MUST BE in its unused condition AND in its original packaging.
6) Return a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the reasons for the return or exchange.
7) All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.

Required Verification Information

In order to protect the customer from any suspicious fraudulent conditions, https://good-goods-online.com will attempt to contact buyers via e-mail and phone for verification information. This may include a copy of ID (covering all displayed information except first/last name) AND credit card (covering all displayed information except last 4 digits of credit card number and first/last name) OR a 6 digit approval number assigned by credit card issuer for every individual purchase. The buyers will have 10 days to respond with the verification information after https://good-goods-online.com.com has attempted to contact them.

Missing / Received Wrong Item in Order:

Please contact the Customer Service Department immediately through our Online Support Dept upon receiving the order.

International Order

https://good-goods-online.com.com offers international shipping to most of the countries worldwide (listed in the shipping calculator at “checkout”). Some items based on size will not be accepted for international shipment. We will cancel all non-shippable orders and notify the customer via e-mail. Please feel free to contact us through our Online Support Dept. Our sales representatives will help you complete the shopping.
For fraud prevention purposes, https://good-goods-online.com.com reserves the right to verify orders through a variety of means which might include phone verification, requests for copies of front and back of credit card and driver’s license. https://good-goods-online.com.com reserves the right to cancel your order and void/credit the corresponding credit card charge if we are not satisfied with the authenticity of the order. Use of fraudulence credit cards will be prosecuted, and your info will be forwarded to the FBI for investigation.

Change / Cancel Order

You may change or cancel your order only if it has not been processed for packaging and shipment. Once your order has been packed and shipped, we cannot make any changes.

Price & Terms

Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice. The use of any discount offers such as coupon codes only apply to products and do not include or apply to sales tax and shipping fees. We are not responsible for typography or photography errors. Shipping charges are non-refundable and customer pays return shipping on all services. We do not price match competitors of https://good-goods-online.com.com We reserve the rights to refuse service to anyone.

Processing Time

You can expect your order to be processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday, 12:00AM – 5:00PM PST), provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. We do not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays.

Backorders / Preorders

We will never purposely charge a customer for an item that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Your credit card will be charged only when your order is processed.
Orders containing combinations of pre-order items and in stock merchandise will be broken into separate shipments, yet are under the same order and transaction. Each of the separate orders will ship as soon as the merchandise becomes available. Shipping charges will apply to each of the orders independently.
From time to time, https://good-goods-online.com will offer special promotional items with preorder/backorder. Due to limited availability, these promotions can only be offered while supplies last.

Shipping Information

All items are shipped from our facilities once order processing and packaging is completed; this would take usually one to two business days. https://good-goods-online.com standard shipping methods are EMS, USPS, DHL, HK-Post Service. Expected delivery time is approximately 10 to 27 business days once order is processed, unless otherwise noted.

Tracking Number

Provided the shipping method that you selected for shipping your order, we will send an e-mail registered to the order (provided the email address submitted with the order is accurate) with a EMS, USPS, DHL, HK-Post tracking number and delivery address information soon as your package has began the shipping process.

Shipping to a Third-Party Address

If the alternate shipping address is on file with the bank that issued the credit card, the order processing will not be delayed. Please have the alternate shipping address on file in the notes or memo section of your credit card account. If the alternate shipping address is not on file with the bank that issued the credit card, order processing may be delayed due to additional verification information needed to ensure that the credit card is not being used in fraudulent conditions. We take this measure to protect our customers and ourselves from credit card fraud.

Shipping Damage Portion

In the event that something happens to your order throughout the shipping process, we possess the resources to have the issue taken care of for you. If your package arrives damaged due to shipping, we are able to contact EMS, USPS, DHL, and file a damage claim. If the order is lost during shipment, we are able to file a similar claim, a lost package claim.

Please understand, we must wait for the claim to be finalized by EMS, USPS, DHL, before we can take any further action.
